Accelerate the pace of change.™
Clean Air Trust

We can lower the caps on pollution. And we don't have to do it alone . . .

Government targets and caps on greenhouse gas emissions are finally here, but won't slow the pace of climate change fast enough. Together, we can accelerate the pace of change!

We have the tool, pioneered by the Clean Air Conservancy 15 years ago. We buy and hold government-issued pollution permits and take them out of circulation. They never get used, because we "retire" them……..permanently! It's the most direct, reliable and powerful way to combat climate change.

You can help in three convenient ways:

1. Make a one-time donation to the Clean Air Conservancy's Clean Air Trust.

In the PayPal box below, simply enter the amount you'd like to donate and click "Buy Now".

2. Make a recurring donation to the Clean Air Conservancy's Clean Air Trust.

In the PayPal box below, simply enter the amount you'd like to donate and click "Buy Now".

3. Create your own Clean Air Trust- it's easy! Click here to find out how.

Why create your own Clean Air Trust?

The My Clean Air Trust program empowers individuals, groups and organizations, whether one young student or a venerated national corporation, to build their own on-line "Clean Air Trust" in partnership with the Clean Air Conservancy and use the collective power of friends, relatives, and co-workers to buy carbon dioxide emission permits and retire them to their own Trust.

CAC Quote of the Moment
Don't be poor in a hot country, don't live in hurricane alley, watch out about being on the coasts or in the Arctic, and it's a bad idea to be on high mountains with glaciers melting. - Stephen Schneider, Stanford University, contributing author to the IPCC Fourth Assessment report, 2007
